Description
Program Overview
The Accounting Firm Accelerator is a focused, twenty‑hour coaching program designed to help accountants launch, structure, and grow a successful accounting practice in Canada. The core program includes sixteen hours delivered over eight sessions, each two hours long, covering all essential areas of practice setup, operations, client management, and long‑term growth. Participants also receive up to four additional support sessions (maximum one hour each) within 30 days after completion, bringing the total program value to twenty hours.
This course is delivered primarily online for accessibility and flexibility. When time and location allow, an optional in‑person meeting may be arranged.
The program is taught by the owner of an active accounting practice. The content is practical, experience‑based, and grounded in real‑world operations rather than theory. The goal is simple: to equip participants with the clarity and direction needed to open their own practice immediately after completing the program.
This program is also ideal for accountants who have already started their practice but feel disorganized, overwhelmed, or unsure about their systems, pricing, workflow, or growth strategy. It provides structure, clarity, and proven methods to help existing firms stabilize and scale with confidence.
